Your orders will be shipped Monday through Wednesday. Our team works diligently to ensure your items are shipped with the utmost care and in a timely manner, following our plant care guide for optimal handling. During certain seasons, such as holidays or extreme weather conditions, your items may be held, and processing time may be extended. Please allow two weeks for processing.

You will receive an email with a tracking link/number once your order has been processed. The estimated delivery window for your chosen method of shipment begins when the label has been made. LuxeLeaf Exotics ships using FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on your location, ensuring that your plants arrive safely. For those looking for faster delivery, shipping upgrades such as overnight services are available at checkout for an additional cost. If you have any concerns with delays or damage to your plants during shipping, please contact us at help@LuxeLeafExotics.com with photos of your items, the state of the box, and your order number within 12 hours of arrival. We offer a live arrival guarantee for items shipped overnight. Our team puts in a great deal of effort to ensure your plant is packed with the utmost care, but there is always some risk with shipping delicate items. A small blemish, a yellow leaf, or a bent/broken stem can be a normal part of the shipping process. We are unable to cover lost or stolen packages.
