Please allow two weeks for processing.

You will receive an email with a tracking link/number once your order has been processed. The estimated delivery window for your chosen shipping methods begins when the label has been created and in the shipping couriers possession. For those seeking faster delivery options, shipping upgrades such as overnight services are available at checkout for an additional cost.

A small blemish, a yellow leaf, or a bent/broken stem can sometimes occur during the plant shipping process. Please note that we cannot cover damage from delays and lost or stolen packages.
