Living Plant Disclaimer
Plants are living specimens and may naturally vary in size, color, and appearance. Once shipped, responsibility for plant care transfers to the customer. We cannot guarantee plant performance due to environmental factors beyond our control.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or seasonal conditions. We are not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of live plants, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our published policies.

Return & Refund Policy

At Luxe Leaf Exotics, all plants are carefully inspected, treated, and packaged prior to shipment. Due to the living and perishable nature of plants, all sales are final except under the limited conditions outlined below.
Shipping Risks & Exclusions
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or mishandled by the shipping carrier. Shipping delays, improper handling, incorrect delivery, or buyer-provided address errors are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or shop credit.
Cosmetic Shipping Stress
Minor cosmetic damage—including slight leaf damage, snapped stems, bruising, or wilting—is a natural and expected result of shipping live plants and does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or shop credit.
Plant Health & Pest Care
We follow consistent preventative care and inspection practices to maintain healthy plants. As with all live plants, environmental changes during transit or acclimation may occasionally reveal minor, manageable issues. Refunds, replacements, or shop credit are not issued for suspected pest-related concerns.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Eligibility
Plants purchased with an overnight shipping upgrade are eligible for a full refund or shop credit, at our discretion, only if the plant arrives dead on arrival (DOA).
DOA Claim Process
To qualify for a DOA refund or shop credit, clear photos of the plant and original packaging must be emailed to Help@luxeleafexotics.net within 12 hours of delivery. Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Excluded Causes of Plant Loss
Refunds, replacements, or shop credit will not be issued for plant death or decline resulting from buyer handling, repotting, acclimation, watering practices, lighting conditions, humidity, temperature, or other care-related decisions made after delivery.
Resolution Method
Approved claims will be resolved via refund to the original payment method or issuance of shop credit, at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
